Teal Village’s mission is to enable members to unlock individual potential and to co-create Teal organizations or eco-system. Through practicing self-leadership and creativity, we learn to generate wealth and fulfill our life’s purpose. Through collaboration and service, we co-create resources and opportunities that benefit both ourselves and society.
Leading a conscious life or business is like nurturing an apple seed into a fruit-bearing tree. As we practice leading and creating, we turn ideas into reality—making the invisible visible. As our leadership capabilities grow, so does our sphere of influence—from leading ourselves, to guiding families, projects, teams, organizations, and beyond. The stronger our leadership becomes, the greater our capacity to serve and contribute.

Teal Village is designed to align with this natural lifecycle. It consists of four growth phases:
- Teal Mindset – Build a foundation of high consciousness, or a Teal operating system.
- Aspiring Leader – Discover your unique talents, identify obstacles, and design a tailored life path.
- Creative Leader – Engage in creation by turning knowledge into products, services, or ventures—whether a book, a podcast, or a billion-dollar company.
- Influential Leader – Lead with wisdom through role modeling and service, whether as a specialist, coach, spiritual teacher, or corporate CEO.
The Teal Mindset phase is knowledge and input-oriented. Members build a solid foundation by studying the following topics: holistic health, wealth building, life purpose, conscious leadership, self-management, entrepreneurship, essence of Teal and interpersonal dynamics.
The next three phases—Aspiring, Creative, and Influential Leader—are action and output-oriented. Here, members practice leadership and conscious creation. Progress through these phases is not linear; one may revisit earlier stages as circumstances change and new needs arise.
The Village provides a safe space and guidance for creating Teal businesses and organizations. Members support one another through buddy, mentor or small-group interactions and larger community activities. There are plenty of opportunities for members to practice Teal leadership by offering services to fellow members as a mentor, a facilitator, an event organizer or a council member.
Within Teal Village, everyone is both a consumer and a creator, a teacher and a student. We all have something to learn and something to share. Members wishing to commercialize their expertise, such as coaching, healing, IT or graphic design and many more, once meet village’s requirements, can eventually serve both village members and general public, as part of Teal Village affiliated businesses.
Alongside online activities, Teal Village will gradually build offline presence by establishing physical Teal Villages in various countries, where members can connect, organize activities and share local resources or opportunities. We will organize offline events such as regular festivals, retreats, family vacations in beautiful locations, visits to pioneering Teal organizations, and meetings with inspiring Teal leaders. It is up to members to imagine and to create as along as Teal spirit is honoured.
Ultimately, we intend to create opportunities for members to generate wealth, develop leadership capabilities, and co-create a thriving Teal ecosystem—a space where people and businesses can connect, grow, and create with high consciousness. How far can we go? The possibilities are limitless. It is up to our members to imagine, dream, and create.
