Teal Village’s mission is to enable members to unlock their individual potential and co-create vibrant, conscious organizations. Through the practice of self-leadership and creativity, we learn to generate wealth and fulfill our life’s purpose. Through collaboration and service, we build resources and opportunities that benefit both ourselves and society.
Inspired by the principles of Teal organizations—self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose—our approach mirrors a natural cycle. Leading a conscious life or business is like nurturing an apple seed into a fruit-bearing tree. As we practice leading and creating, we turn ideas into reality, making the invisible visible. Our sphere of influence grows with our capabilities, expanding from leading ourselves to guiding families, projects, teams, organizations, and beyond.
Teal Village is designed to align with this lifecycle. It consists of four interconnected growth phases:
1. Teal Mindset
Build a foundation of high consciousness—your personal Teal operating system. This knowledge-oriented phase focuses on core principles of health, wealth, entrepreneurship, leadership, self-management, and awareness.
2. Aspiring Leader
Discover your unique talents, identify obstacles, and design a tailored life path. This is where self-knowledge meets intention.
3. Creative Leader
Engage in creation by turning knowledge into value. Bring products, services, or ventures to life—whether a book, a podcast, or a multimillion-dollar enterprise.
4. Influential Leader
Lead with wisdom through role modeling and service, whether as a specialist, coach, team leader, or visionary CEO.
The first phase is primarily about learning and input. The following three are action and output-oriented, focused on practicing conscious leadership and creation. Progress is dynamic, not linear; you may revisit earlier stages as your journey evolves.
A Supportive Ecosystem
This growth happens within a living community. The Village provides a supportive environment and practical guidance for creating Teal businesses—from solo ventures to larger organizations. Members learn not only from each other but through the very act of co-creating the Village itself.
Here, everyone is both a teacher and a student, a customer and a creator. We all have something to learn and something to share. You can connect with others through one-on-one exchanges, small-group interactions, and larger community activities. You are encouraged to organize discussion circles around shared interests and to practice Teal leadership by serving as a mentor, volunteer, core team member or council member.
Over time, we will develop platforms to help qualified members share their expertise—in areas like coaching, healing, or design—both within and outside of the village.
Local Village Hubs
Alongside our online presence, we will gradually establish physical Teal Villages in various countries. These will be hubs where members can connect, organize activities, and share local resources. We envision regular festivals, retreats, family vacations in beautiful locations, visits to pioneering Teal organizations, and meetings with inspiring leaders. Using our collective imagination, we can create infinite possibilities.
Our ultimate goal is to create a thriving ecosystem where people and businesses connect, grow, and create with consciousness. This is a space to connect with trust, generate wealth, develop authentic leadership, and realize meaningful projects.
