At Teal Village, we aim to raise consciousness, then to create from higher consciousness. Our goal is to ease this process by providing members with a holistic environment with guidance, safe space, and community support. The village design comprises three modules, intended to meet members’ varied needs:
The first module or the starting point is self-awareness (1)–with a focus on self-discovery and self-healing. It is for members who want to answer the following 3 questions: “who am I? where did I come from? and where am I going?” By identifying our strengths, talents and calling, we know how to move forward. By identifying self-sabotaging emotional and behavioral patterns or activities that don’t bring us joy, we can choose to let go while practice how to take charge, look inward, and self-manage. We can create deep connections and collaborate with fellow members. This is the process of raising consciousness — the awareness of self, others, and the laws of nature.
With increased consciousness, we are ready for the second module – creations (2). It is to convert knowledge, talents and passion into products, services or businesses. Anyone can create, but to create with high consciousness, one must have solid self-awareness and self-mastery. There are 3 creation tracks with increasing complexity but identical principles behind:
A. creating your personal dream life/career
B. building a Teal community (Teal Leadership)
C. creating Teal organizations (Teal Enterprise)
For many people, complete (A) is enough in this lifetime. For others, more creation and a bigger impact is desirable. Teal Leadership (B) offers hands-on experience to create a community with Teal culture and structure. Teal Enterprise (C) offers business owners or managers guidance and mastermind opportunities to practice how to create Teal organizations. The basic principles learned here apply in every aspect of life–marriage, parenting, job performance and social services.
Between self-awareness (1) and creation (2) modules, the one most people resist and are eager to escape is self-awareness. Unfortunately, that’s a recipe for failure in later stages. Lack of self-awareness guarantees the creation of life or business, filled with confusion, emotional struggle, and relationship conflicts. We will waste effort on sabotaging behaviors with little energy left to create what we want. Based on our observations, many people who understand this logic in theory struggle to turn it into actions.
To make this process easier, Teal Village intends to offer a foundation module (0) with two services – Teal School and Teal Clinic, available to members and non-members. Teal School offers courses on self-development, spirituality and Teal. They include theories, tools and methods required to guide and to support actions. Teal Clinic provides coaching and energy healing services tailored to individual needs. We will carefully curate courses and services; however, both members and non-members can offer them, provided they align with our purpose and meet our quality standards.
A typical human life comprises two phases. Input phase, primarily during childhood, in which we learn knowledge and skills. Output phase after reaching adulthood, in which we create and contribute. A conscious life is characterized by continued self-reflection and self-correction. This is the step often missing. And this is Teal Village’s starting point–module (1)–focuses on inward looking. Module (0), the preparation phase, focuses on input. Module (2) focuses on output, which requires advanced leadership capability–leading self and/or others.
The progress of these 3-modules is not linear. One might go back and forth or invest energy in more than one module at a time, depending on needs and circumstances.
Some people might be interested in a specific part of what we offer, others might want immersion experience. The village membership is a virtual residency for self-motivated individuals who want to walk the journey with the support of a community. Unlike Teal School or Teal Clinic, where individuals consume products or services created by others, a village member is here to practice how to ultimately become conscious creators. Inside the village, a member is a consumer and a creator, a teacher and a student. We all have something to learn and to share with each other.
Teal Village’s ultimate goal is to build an eco-system, where people and businesses can plug in, connect, grow and create with high consciousness. People and businesses are like plants in a garden. When plenty of people and businesses are healthy and blooming, we have the condition to create a Teal eco-system with Teal culture.
