The publication of Frederic Laloux’s book Reinventing Organizations has inspired a generation to seek a better way to work. Consultants, coaches, and executives have dedicated themselves to transforming their companies.
Yet, over a decade later, while many “Teal” practices have been adopted, true organizational transformation remains rare. The barrier isn’t effort—it’s a fundamental misunderstanding of what Teal actually requires.
Why do most transformations stall? What conditions must exist before you implement self-management? And who is truly qualified to lead this shift?
In this course, we cut through the common misconceptions to explore the true essence of Teal. We will identify the specific organizational levels that must evolve and the leadership qualities necessary to navigate the transformation. Move beyond superficial change and learn the core principles of collaboration at a Teal level of consciousness.
