We are a global community for professionals dedicated to elevating social and business consciousness through self-transformation. Designed as an incubator for self-leaders and creators, our leadership pathway offers a structured journey of growth, support, and co-creation.

Progress along the Teal Village pathway is a tiered journey where each stage offers deeper access, community support, and leadership responsibility. Our four stages mirror the natural growth process of a conscious leader and creator:

Stage 1: The Explorer

• Purpose: Learn, build your conscious personal operating system and connect.
• Includes:
  • Onboarding Circle: A guided orientation group and a buddy match for your initial connections.
  • Core Curriculum: On-demand courses on holistic health, Teal principles, foundational wealth, conscious leadership, and laws of nature.
  • Monthly Gathering: Connect with the full community and discuss topics of collective interest.
  • Platform Access: Create your profile and join interest-based circles and study groups.
• Expected Outcome: A raised-consciousness foundation, essential knowledge, and a supportive network.

Stage 2: The Pioneer

• Purpose: Clarify your unique purpose, design your path, and identify key areas of focus.
• Includes:
  • Pathfinding Cohorts: Small, facilitated groups with courses on life purpose and decision-making to define your path and goals.
  • Self-Discovery Tools: Assessments for personality, values, and talents.
  • Guided Challenges: Develop new skills or transform behavioral patterns with peer support.
  • Mentor Matching: Receive guidance from experienced members.
  • Emerging Leadership: Organize focused topic groups (e.g., on parenting, investment, current events).
• Expected Outcome: A clear personal plan and practical new skills.

Stage 3: The Creator

• Purpose: Launch ventures, create value, and generate profit.
• Includes:
  • Incubator Program: A structured program with masterminds, group coaching, and courses on entrepreneurship, Teal collaboration, and self-management to bring your venture to life.
  • Internal Marketplace: Offer your services within the community.
  • Co-Creation Projects: Invitation to join Teal Village-led initiatives or business ventures.
  • Leadership Roles: Serve as a cohort facilitator or mentor for Pioneers.
• Expected Outcome: A launched venture/service and income potential, or a scaled business.

Stage 4: The Beacon

• Purpose: Guide the ecosystem, model wisdom, and shape new possibilities.
• Includes:
  • Curated Network: Deep connections with fellow Beacons and visionary leaders and opportunities to co-create.
  • Advanced Learning: Exclusive retreats, private coaching, and advanced courses on leadership, people reading, and building Teal organizations.
  • Stewardship Opportunities:
    • Serve on the advisory board guiding Teal Village’s evolution.
    • Represent Teal Village externally at conferences or in partnerships.
    • Lead a community unit or the whole village.
• Expected Outcome: Become a master of self-awareness, force of positive changes and example of high consciousness.

The program is open to all individuals aligned with our purpose and values. 

To become a conscious leader and creator, it is necessary to develop both competence (doing) and consciousness (being). For this reason, we ask all members to begin your journey at Stage 1. Your pace of progression—or choice to remain at a stage—depends on your engagement, progress and preference. Membership of each advanced stage includes access to previous stages, and moving fluidly between stages is encouraged. In Teal Village, learning is not a linear path, but an expanding spiral.
