Our culture is Unconventional. We don’t have any job for you. You create and manage your own projects based on your interests, your talents, and the market needs. You are an entrepreneur building an enterprise and a community, in collaboration with like-minded people, who share the same purpose and values.

We don’t have impressive job title for you. In fact, there is no job title at all.  Hey, you are here to shed, not to grow your ego, right? It is your integrity, kindness and competence, that matter, which are portable and highly valued currency for you to keep, indefinitely. Your responsibilities are fluid depending on your situation and the market’s needs. You will not report to any boss nor can you boss anyone around. Everyone self-manages. No kidding.  We are adults, aren’t we?

Actually, there is no We v.s. You. We are You and You are We. You join the Teal Village as a creator, a giver, and an income generator, not just a consumer or a follower. You design, build and shape how Teal Village grows. Collectively, we create opportunities to do what we love to do while making contributions to the community and the society at large.

The ingredients of how to make this work is what we share on our platform. This is the way future work will look like – self-managed and virtual, based on trust, transparency, and accountability. And we count on you to apply the ingredient and make this dream place a reality. Of course, you will not be left alone. Instead, you will be guided by mentors and supported by your community.

To thrive in this environment, you must have great self-awareness – know what you want, what your strengths and limitations are. You are self-disciplined and committed. And you are comfortable working in a dynamic and ever changing environment. Most importantly, you are highly competent in what you do and you do it with a passion.
